       Garden Vegetable Soup – you need 4 tomatoes, 2 cups of tomato juice from fresh tomatoes, 2 pieces or florets of cauliflower, half cup of spinach, a clove of garlic, 1 medium sized carrot, half bell pepper, a piece of fennel  and a sage leaf. Juice the tomato to yield 2 cups. Place all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Simmer the mixture in low heat and season with salt or pepper.
